Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after payment is received Monday-Friday.  Weekend orders are shipped the next following Monday.

 

International shipping and expedited shipping are offered at additional cost to customer upon request.

 

We will provide tracking per customer request, however we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or misdelivered packages.

 

We highly recommend contacting the carrier with any issues while in transit.

 

All shipping to and from The Retro Store for cleaning, or buy/sell/trade services are the customers responsibility and will be charged accordingly.
