Retro Store LLC, operating in South Carolina and Georgia, is engaged in the business of buying, selling, and trading sneakers, sneaker-related products, and fashion

items.

1. Confidentiality - The Applicant shall not disclose or use any trade secrets, customer lists, pricing information, business strategies, or other confidential information learned during employment, except as required in the course of employment with Retro Store LLC.

2. Non-Compete (State-Specific):

- South Carolina: The Applicant agrees not to engage in a business that directly competes with Retro Store LLC within a 10-mile radius of any Company retail location for a period of 12 months following termination of employment, to the extent enforceable under SC law.

- Georgia: The Applicant agrees not to engage in a business that directly competes with Retro Store LLC within a 15-mile radius of any Company retail location for a period of 12 months following termination of employment, to the extent enforceable under GA law.

3. Non-Solicitation - The Applicant shall not solicit Retro Store LLC employees, contractors, or customers for a competing business for a period of 12 months following termination.

4. Acknowledgment - The Applicant acknowledges that this agreement is limited in scope, time, and geography, and is intended only to protect the Company’s legitimate business interests in compliance with applicable SC and GA law.
